Natural Park Resort Pattaya ★★★★

The location and resort was great, however we travelled with a pet, so the room wasn’t really accommodating for the pet. The outside area where the Thai hut was located was great and accounted our dog great as she had a garden and it was very convenient. However when the resort says they pet friendly they should allow pets everywhere. For example we could not eat the breakfast as our puppy was not allowed in the open aired restaurant. I can understand having a dog unattended at a restaurant, but then have a section outside by the balcony specifically for travellers for pets away from other people that find it wrong to have a well behaved and controlled puppy in the restaurant. Same with the pool, have a small play pool away from the main pool so the puppy can enjoy the apparent pet friendly hotel. The staff were super accommodating and very friendly although they couldn’t find our booking when we first arrived.

We didn’t like that we had to put a deposit down of 1000 Bhat for damages because we had a pet. We didn’t like that we weren’t allowed to eat breakfast Upstairs’s with our pet. Again if you claim you are a pet friendly hotel then be pet friendly! We didn’t like that we had to put a deposit down of 500 Bhat for an extra key card. It is standard with other hotels to get two keycards. And we felt that the additional fee of 1500 Bhat for a puppy was super overpriced / per day. This definitely needs to be relooked, especially that there are no facilities or places besides the room that the dog can go.

The breakfast was awful. Coffee, doubt it had an caffeine in it and tiny cups. Bread was stale for toast, nothing but strange Asian food, not Western in any shape or form. As our priority was to find a place in Pattaya for 3 cats and two adults, it worked, but the Thai House was definitely much smaller than we expected.

As I mentioned above small Thai Villa, we needed two keys for both of us and have to pay a deposit of 500 Baht for a second key. When we were leaving, as my husband had paid for the second key, really got hassled by the manager for not keeping the receipt. BUT, isn't the return of the two key cards proof enough???? NO>>>>>>>>>>

no hot shower working same room as last October it didnt work then either,Asking for 1000bth deposite to unlock a safe .general run down property would love to spend time there fixing every thing....swimming pool broken tiles and sharpe edges needing some love.I under stand it cost money to fix things but its a pitty to see it unloved.

Location is great, easy access to the beach and many shops are around.

The facility is a bit old.

Location is close to the beach, surrounded by trees and other plants. The territory itself is well preserved. Housekeeping is maintained on daily basis.

It seems that the hotel hasn’t recovered from Covid. The facilities are outdated, curtains, microwave and walls are with stains. Housekeeping includes only restock of water, toilet paper and towels. The floor is rarely washed. Linen was changed once by request. As for breakfast, they present a variety of choices, however the food itself is mediocre.

Location is good. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Needs renovation. Bathroom sink fills up when using. Takes sometime to drain.

The staff were exceptionally helpful. First night arrived with one of our suitcases delayed in Delhi ! The receptionist lent us a phone charger with correct plug as ours was in the delayed case. Then we were helped with the admin we had to do to get our case back and again really helpful especially Suthi Panyad. Great location, lovely little Thai house accommodation if a little tired. Would definitely recommend and absolutely would go there again

A great resort establishment with quality food, great swimming pool and other facilities.

Extra charge for pets wasn't stated before the booking. With non-refundable policy we were asked to pay however much the hotel decided to charge at the check-in.

Lovely place, was there for 2 days. After a small issue with the 1st room I was in, I was upgraded for free to a junior suite which was huge and surrounded by nature. The pool is big and great for relaxing. All the staff were friendly and helpful, thanks for a nice stay.

It's a bit far away from the things we wanted to see and kind of expensive to get around. Not the best breakfast, but okay. The restaurant is not the best

I booked this property as i know this location.

There is nothing I would say i liked other than the location. The rooms are not as per the pictures shown on the website of booking.com. Resort has poor maintenance. Everything in the room is filmsy. Staff id on the average. Breakfast is lousy with not much selection. I would rate this property to be two stars at the most.

Spacious gardens, parking available and basic clean rooms. Good shower and bonus having a front area to sit as well as a back balcony for drying swimming gear. Breakfast was good and lovely pool area. Staff very helpful. Location was great as straight across from beach and swimming area. resturant/cafe was good food and cold beer.

Was very disappointed on our last night when ordered a 'Australian eye fillet' steak. Nothing like an eye fillet. Please take off the menu all you cuts of beef if you cannot sell the correct one. Paid the dearest price and recieved a cheap cut. Loved all the other food we ordered and ate there over the long weekend so a little disapointing. Just don't advertise, if you can't sell.

Everything was good If possible change the pillow or add 1 more pillow soft .

A good resort for family trip and PET welcome. Extra fee 500THB for a dog. Fair price.

quite a long walk from our room to the beach / pool. Air Condition was not in good condition. Some door lock was not working.

The traffic on the street between the hotel and the beach was huge. Also we were hardly able to walk around with our dog because of many and sometimes aggressive street dogs.

I liked nothing about this place.

Not clean. Poor quality food. Rude and untrained staff. Extremely overpriced. Phone didn’t work. Bad location. Old tatty furniture. Door door didn’t lock properly. Etc etc etc

We could take our puppy as pet friendly at a cost. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Restaurant was nice and reasonably priced.

3 bedroom villas had external entry doors to each room so felt disjointed. It was peak season however cost for three nights we thought was high for accommoation in Thailand. In bathroom shower curtain did not go close to floor so water went everywhere when you showered.

Nice big rooms, nice staff

Rather high number of Russian and Chinese tourists.
